Brandy Mathena
Brandy started her career in cosmetology at The School of Hair Design in Louisville, Kentucky in 1996. After graduating, she learned from some of the best stylist in Louisville, working under the late Keith Carby and Greg Britt of Carby Britt, Louisville, Kentucky.
"I love meeting new people in the salon and helping them to feel better by taking care of their hair problems! If your hair looks good, you just feel better! My goal is to maintain the integrity of my clients hair and to solve any problems the client is having with their hair and help the client find the correct take home products to solve the problems between salon visits. I want my clients to look good no matter how long it will be between salon visits, and I also want them to send their friends into Wild Roots Salon because we will take such good care of them!"
Connie Mackey Parks
"I started doing hair 33 yrs ago. I have worked in Louisville, Lexington and Shelbyville. I love what I do...I enjoy making people feel good about themselves..my guest are not only my clients but my friends. I help them maintain their look or go for a total make-over. I listen to what my guest want in a haircut or color. Making them feel good makes me feel good. I am here for my guest when they need me, I will come in early or stay late. I have my certification in hair extensions. Hair is my business. Katie Perdue-Graduated from Hair Design School in Louisville in 2006 and has worked in Louisville and Prospect. Katie enjoys hair styling, and loves doing special occasion styles and cuts for women, she also specializes in mens and childrens haircuts and styles. KRISTIN NORTEN-Kristin Lay Norton is a Master Hairstylist that has been doing hair since 1997. Her hair journey started out at Z Salon and Spa where she cut hair for 6 years, then decided to move to Middletown and start her career for herself at Hair Lingo. After 8 wonderful years on Shelbyville Rd, Kristin decided to move to Crestwood to be closer to home and be able to have a more flexible schedule with her children and family, she is ready for something new and exciting at Wild Roots Salon. Jill Whitaker
I graduated from Empire Beauty School in Louisville, Kentucky in 2010. After graduation, I worked in Lagrange and New Castle, Kentucky and recently joined Wild Roots Salon. I enjoy everything about my job from styling and cuts for men, women, and children to applying color and doing special occassion styles. " I love what I do!
